Last week we shared our five-step plan for creating a winning content calendar. Still stuck for content ideas? Here are some more ways to spark your creativity.

Find internal inspiration

  • Team brainstorming: organise brainstorming sessions with your marketing, sales or customer service teams to tap into diverse perspectives and customer insights.
  • Employee Q&A: interview team members, including customer-facing personnel, about their expertise and common customer questions. Turn their insights into blog posts, infographics, or video tutorials.
Talking to team mates can be a great way to find fresh ideas.

See what else is out there

  • Industry trends: research trending topics, news and discussions within your industry and create content that offers your unique perspective and expertise.
  • Competitor analysis: see what your competitors are doing well and identify gaps in their content strategy.

Leverage external resources

  • Blogs & publications: follow industry blogs, publications and thought leaders for insights and content inspiration.
  • National days & events: use relevant national days, holidays and industry events to create timely and engaging content.

Remember, a content calendar is a living document. By regularly researching, brainstorming and experimenting, you can generate a steady stream of fresh and engaging ideas to keep your customers informed, entertained and connected to your brand.

Good luck! And let us know if we can help.

Why Storytelling is the Future

In the data-rich digital age, what truly captivates us is not graphs but compelling narratives. Storytelling, more than just an approach, is seen as online marketing's future. Brands that narrate resonate, bridging gaps and igniting emotions.
